As a Zomato Customer Care Executive at Startek, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through chat and voice calls, primarily serving Zomato’s delivery partners. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle voice and chat support for Zomato delivery partners in English and Hindi.

- Work 6 days a week with a rotational schedule.

- Must possess a laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (40 MBPS or faster).
